U.Va.’s Queer Student Union (QSU) is sponsoring “Proud to be Out Week” 11-17 November 2007. Founded as the Gay Student Union in 1972, QSU bills itself as Charlottesville’s oldest organization for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer (and questioning) individuals.
The QSU has a host of activities planned. There’s to be postings, painting, movies, bingo, and more. Check the QSU site for more.
