Is my country doing well in reducing the chances of terrorist acts while respecting civil liberties? I’d say, “no.” According to a Harris PollĀ®, I’m aligning with US Democrats and Independents on this.

According to the Wikipedia entry, Mr. Diddley (teehee) was adopted and raised by his mother’s cousin, Gussie McDaniel and he took her surname. So Ellas Bates = Ellas McDaniel = Bo Diddley. I remember coming upon an LP with a string on his hits (“Bo Diddley” and “I am a Man”) while flipping through records with my high-school friend Peter at a discount store; Peter knew about Bo Diddley and so he bought it.
