Martin Luther King, Jr.

MLK speaking; thanks WikiCommonsBorn 15 January 1929 in Atlanta, GA (US), Martin Luther King, Jr., merits celebration for his contribution to civil rights in the US and, especially, for his advocacy for non-violence. In the years since his assassination, Rev. King’s stature has grown enomously. I hope that the influence of his ideas on society and world politics will increase exponentially in the future.
